Each month you will receive two YTL Forum Publications (bi-weekly). The information will include content with thought provoking questions to consider in your current environment. Each publication will contain a worksheet for you to examine the topic. You may attend the next scheduled YTL Forum virtual event (1.5 hrs.) with a facilitator and other YTL Forum members. The facilitator guides an engaging discussion on the topic where members will share their thoughts and share best practices. We welcome members to share their experience and obstacles they have overcome or are needing to overcome.

Each month you will receive the York Leadership Coach Publication. These publications focus on topics for you to consider personally and professionally. By considering the information, you will expand your ability to question, engage and incorporate different view points. As a Leader, it is crucial to consider other points of view.

The Executive level also includes three 1:1 Leadership Coaching Discussions.

 The YTL Forum virtual forums will be recorded for later viewing by all members. Only members will have access to these recordings and the resources provided for the discussion.
